HR project management

Precision HR can assist with ad hoc projects or contract work by providing a dedicated resource to take over the running of this process from start to finish. You can decide how you wish to structure this service. Options include on-site work, off-site work, hourly work, and work on a retainer basis.

Psychological services

According to the HPCSA psychologists have to oversee the use of certain psychological instruments and processes in line with best practice and the ethical code. Assessment tools provide valuable information yet can cause damage if not properly administered, scored and interpreted. Should your organisation wish to make use of classified tools Precision HR can assist you with making the best choice and we are not partial to any test publisher. If you wish to purchase and use such tools as part of your HR process, Precision HR can provide a psychological service and act as the organisation's Supervising Psychologist. Please note that this relationship would be underwritten by a suitable contract detailing all relevant requirements and specifications and is subject to a monthly retainer fee.

Counseling & feedback services

With any HR process that utilises assessments, participants more than often want feedback. Given the day-to-day running of the HR business it's not always practical to utilise existing HR staff for this purpose, as it is time consuming and labour intensive. This feedback is also often sensitive and staff may feel uncomfortable getting such personal feedback from someone they work with everyday. Precision HR's registered Psychologists offer feedback and counselling which is kept confidential.
